We’re excited to announce that Bryson Gentile has joined Aalo Atomics as our new Senior Manufacturing Advisor.

Bryson brings a rare combination of deep manufacturing expertise and first-hand experience scaling some of the most complex hardware systems in the world, from rockets to electric vehicles. He’s spent his career at the frontier of production innovation, building the infrastructure behind some of the most ambitious engineering efforts of the last decade.

At SpaceX, Bryson was the Lead Manufacturing Engineer on Falcon 9 leading to the landing of the first rocket. He tackled high-stakes engineering and manufacturing challenges that helped turn Falcon 9 into the most reliable reusable launch vehicle on Earth. His work focused on enabling repeatability, reliability, and scalability in a human spaceflight-certified product, where failure isn’t an option.

He then joined Nio in its earliest days, where he led tooling, manufacturing, and assembly strategy for the body structure of the company’s first two electric vehicles. His contributions helped launch a globally recognized EV brand into full-scale production.

Most recently, at Astra, Bryson designed and built the vertically integrated rocket factory of the future. From concept to execution, he led efforts to automate critical processes and inspections, unlocking a path to manufacturing one rocket per day.

At Aalo, Bryson will bring this same intensity and experience to our mission: delivering factory-built nuclear systems at unprecedented scale. His track record in implementing precision, automation, and scalability into hardware manufacturing makes him a vital addition to our team as we advance from design to deployment.

Welcome, Bryson.
